Chris Connors is a catholiclesbian folk singer, songwriter, and liturgical musician from Boston, MA. With folk and spiritual roots, her songs reflect on the joys and complexities of relationships, spirituality, loss, and rebirth. Chris is a favorite of both the folk and women’s music communities, and has performed at coffeehouses, retreats, and conferences across the country, including many Call to Action, DignityUSA and WATER events. Chris has been an active member of the Dignity Boston spiritual community for over 30 years where she is a frequent presider, homilist, and choir member.

For her “day job” Chris serves as Vice President for Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. She defines her work as “helping to create great workplaces where people can do their best work and be their best selves”. Chris lives in Medford, MA with her wife, Bev and their beloved pets, Tallulah the dog and Lucy the cat.

While other WATER conversations are open to a wider audience, this one is intended for women who are interested in same-sex love from a Catholic lesbian/queer perspective. Please spread the word.
