Kathleen KaneKathleen Kane is a retired court clerk. She worked in the New York State Court system for 28 years. She started out as court officer and took promotional tests to become a clerk.  She loved managing the courtroom, and witnessing the drama unfold during  intriguing trials.

Kathleen has been retired for a year and is loving every moment of her newfound freedom. She enjoys traveling, golfing, racquetball, playing pinochle, playing piano, and visiting with her three children and four grandchildren.
Kathleen has been an active member of Dignity USA since 1988. She served on the local chapter’s board and the national Committee for Women’s Concerns.

Kathleen and Honour have been together for 34 years. They live on Long Island and have been married in New York, Hawaii, California, and Canada.


While other WATER conversations are open to a wider audience, this one is intended for women who are interested in same-sex love from a Catholic lesbian/queer perspective. Please spread the word.
